What is the Osborne House Inc. connection?

Everyone who buys a Welcome, Tía gift box is essentially purchasing two gifts. One is the gift box that we send to the customer (or the recipient of their choice). The other gift goes to Osborne House Inc., and is given to a woman there. Osborne House Inc. is a Winnipeg shelter that provides safe housing for women and children living with domestic violence in their lives. Welcome, Tía is founded by a woman who likes pretty things, and has a feeling that although a sweet-smelling bar of soap won't change a life, the little things do make a difference. Where do your products come from?

Our gifts are produced in Canada, or certified fair-trade. We are excited to work with our suppliers, and we encourage you to visit their websites by clicking on the links to the right.

Can you ship a box to a different province?

Absolutely. We will provide you with a shipping quote, which will be about $10-$20 depending on the location.

I want to order a box but I need it within a couple of days. Can you accommodate?

We will do our best to accommodate your needs, please contact us with your request. We use several fresh products in our boxes, which are not always in stock. For example, our coffee is roasted and ground just days before it is delivered to you. However, we would be happy to assist you in making substitutions or placing a rush order.
